How It Works
All Pick-ups and Deliveries are Free and Contactless!
Here’s how to get Toronto’s Best Laundry wash and fold and Dry Cleaning service to work for you.
The first thing you need to do is Sign-up for an account through our website.
HOME / OFFICE / CONCIERGE
1.
Get Ready
Place your items in a pre-designated place, with the concierge, or if you will be home, have the items ready for pickup.
2.
Place Order
Through the app, online profile, or text the required service to 647-361-6361 (eg. “Dry cleaning” or “alterations”) Be sure to add notes (through app, online ordering, or text us the notes) on where you are leaving garments for pickup, any stains you want us to take special attention to, or anything else.
3.
Process
We will pickup the order, get it processed at our own facility, and return it to you usually within 48hrs.
4.
Communication
Notifications will be sent throughout the process, letting your know when your order was picked up, processed, and delivered. Payment is applied once delivered.

LOCKERS
1.
Load Locker
Lock it up using a 4 digit code of your choice. Watch this video to see how.
2.
Place Order
Through the app, online profile, or text the required service and the locker number to 647-361-6361 (eg. “Dry cleaning 150”). You can leave us special instructions or notes when you place the order.
3.
Process
When complete, your order will be delivered, final invoice will be emailed to you, and you will get a notification letting you know what locker it is in and what the 4 digit access code is.
4.
Communication
Notifications will be sent throughout the process, letting your know when your order was picked up, processed, and delivered. Payment is applied once delivered.
No lockers? No problem! We’ll still service you from wherever you are. But, if you want lockers in your building, click here to see how.
COMMERCIAL / BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
1.
Place Order
Through the app, online profile, or by texting the service you require to 647-361-6361 (eg. Wash and fold). Unless you want to be on a set schedule, in that case we’ll just show up on designated days!
2.
Process
We will come by and pickup the order, get it processed at our own facility, and return it to you usually within 48hrs or on the next scheduled day.
3.
Communication
When the order has been delivered, you will get an email/text notifying you that your order has been delivered along with an invoice for the services rendered.
4.
Billing
Services can be rendered on a ‘pay as you go’ basis or we can set up your account to be invoiced monthly.
