+ I have never used Laundry Concierge before, what do I need to do?

It’s as simple as 1-2-3. Just Sign Up and get started today. You can read about How It Works and see our Services to learn more about the things we do best. Place orders for pick up and delivery through your profile online, send our system a text message, or download our app and place orders through that!

+ Do you pick up and delivery from any establishment?

You got it! We will pick up an deliver orders right from your house, condo, apartment, office, gyms, etc. Oh, and of course our many locker locations. Pretty much anywhere in Toronto and Greater Toronto Area. We service businesses along with individuals.

+ Do you guarantee two-day turnaround service? What about public holidays?

We do our best to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner. However, we also need to ensure that we properly treat stains, repair items and press your clothes to a high standard. In most cases, orders are delivered back within two business days, but if one item is held up, we will hold the order until the next business day when everything is ready. Items such as shoe shines, sheets, pillowcases, hand washed items and other specialty items often require extra time to service. Our “On-Demand” system –orders placed before the 8 a.m. will be picked-up that day, Monday to Friday.

Exceptions: Our teams take civic, Ontario Provincial, and Federal holidays that fall on week days as well as each weekend to recharge. You may always drop off orders and pick up previously delivered orders 24/7 from our lockers. We will pick up and drop off the next business day.

+ Is your company environmentally responsible?

Without a doubt yes! We dry clean garments in our GreenEarth cleaning system, which is super safe on our planet. We have new very high efficiency washers and dryers. We recycle everything in site. Plus we give out reusable garment bags. Check out our Carbon Footprint page for more.

+ Is my dry cleaning and laundry safe in lockers?

Absolutely! Remember, only you and Laundry Concierge has the digital code to the locker holding your clothing. If someone else wants to pay for your laundry, that is fine, but only the holder of this digital access code can retrieve it. If you like, you can easily give your code to your partner, roommate, etc. and have them pick up your laundry for you.

HOW IT WORKS

+ How do I place my order?

It’s easy. Once you have your online account set up, place the order online, through our app or simply text (647) 361-6361.

For home/concierge/office/on demand locations just text the service you require. Eg. “dry clean” or “laundry” .

For Locker locations just text the service along with the locker number. Eg “shoe shine 1250” or “dryclean 123”

We find most people just text us.

+ Do I have to arrange a pick up or delivery time?

Absolutely not, we adapt to your schedule.

+ Do I have to be there when the attendant picks-up and drops-off?

The whole reason to use a pick-up and drop-off service is to save you time, not pin you down and have you wait for us! We listen for your online order, email or text. You simply tell us where your items are and away you go. No time slot to choose each week. No waiting when a pick-up driver is delayed due to rush hour traffic. NO waiting, PERIOD!

+ My pants have been missing a button for a while, do you guys take care of this?

Yes we do. We try our best to find all the minor repairs on your garments and take care of them, however, sometimes a note from you while placing your order is the best way to ensure we take care of it.

+ Do I have to bring my dirty clothes to work for daytime pick-up and drop-off?

That would be a DIS-service to our customers and we’re in the service industry! We wouldn’t dream of asking you to lug your clothes across the city just so you can meet our schedule. Simply place them in a pre-designated area outside your house where we can access or place them the lockers in your condo/apartment, or at local public sites or our own kiosks around Toronto, or with your concierge. Check out our locations page for the one near you.

If you don’t have lockers in your condo/apartment, talk to your Board and property manager, connect them to us and we’ll get your location on the VIP list. Heck, call us yourself and let’s chat about how we can help you today!

+ I forgot what dry cleaning I gave you?

Totally OK! We take an image of each dry cleaning garment you send us. Then we send that into the inter-web and it magically appears in your private Concierge Closet. You can then see each item, make notes, and tell us what special treatment to give to each piece. No scribbling notes on a napkin and giving it to a pick-up driver hoping to the heavens above it makes it to the cleaner. We take care of that concern like no one else in Toronto!

PRICING & PAYMENTS

+ What does it all cost?

We have 100% transparent pricing policy. Click HERE to see all our great prices. Minimum $30 dry clean orders and minimum 20 pound wash and fold orders.

+ How do I pay for the services?

All payments are safe and secure through our Verified PayPal Pro payment processing system. They are the global leader in online payment processing. While signing up for our service you enter your credit card information (we never even see it). When the order is picked up and inventoried, you will receive a preliminary invoice based on order preferences. When the order is delivered back to you, you will receive a final invoice and payment is processed at that time. Please maintain an active credit card in your account so we can ensure your order is returned promptly.

+ How does PayPal Pro Work? Is it safe?

Laundry Concierge has partnered with PayPal Pro, the premier online payment processor, for this single reason. One of the most secure payment processing companies on the planet! When you enter your credit card information, we don’t actually keep your credit card anywhere in our system. We keep a reference to your last transaction and when you have a new order, we make a request to PayPal to charge you the same way you were charged last time. Therefore, we have absolutely no trace of your credit card number anywhere in our system.

+ Are there any fees?

Nope, just the cost of the cleaning and you can see our price list here or at the top of the page.
