Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the following, which may be revised at any time without further notice.
Minimum Order Size
Minimum order of Wash & Fold for locker drop-off is 15 pounds, which is roughly 2 loads. Minimum order of Wash & Fold for home pick-up is 30 pounds, which is roughly 4 – 5 loads. Minimum order size for Dry Cleaning is $20. If either a wash & fold, or dry clean order minimum level is not reached Laundry Concierge will charge the stated minimum order amount. All prices are subject to H.S.T. of 13%.
Minimum Order Size when using $10 OFF Promotional Vouchers
Guidelines and use. ALL orders that use an LC promo vouchers that provides a “$10 off” discount or more have a minimum order of $30, plus a refundable $7.50 reusable eco-laundry bag deposit. All other minimums apply. All prices are subject to H.S.T. of 13%.
Garment and Laundry Bags
Laundry Concierge will supply their custom branded garment and/or laundry bag, at their sole discretion, when returning a clients first cleaned order. Each account will have a two dollar and 50 cent ($2.50) deposit added to the order per bag. A full refund will be given to each client for each bag that is returned in reusable condition. Client may request addition bags and will be charged $11.99 on account for each additional bag.
Claimed Orders Not Dropped-Off
Accounts with claimed orders that are not available for driver pick-up at the time of claim may have a “$5 Unavailable Claim” charge added to their account. To avoid this, please make all order claims after the drop-off is made at the location.
Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the pickup date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to a local registered charity.
Laundry Concierge exercises the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Laundry Concierge liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged items must be reported and returned to Laundry Concierge for inspection within 5 business days.
Any lost items must be reported within 5 business days. Laundry Concierge makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case by case basis. Any items determined to have been lost by Laundry Concierge will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
When leaving items in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. Laundry Concierge is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker.
Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cuff-links, belts, brooches, strings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, etc. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (including, yet not limited to, lipstick, gum, pens, etc.).
Any personal property placed in a Laundry Concierge locker that appears to have value will be removed by Laundry Concierge and stored for 30 days. If items are unclaimed after 30 days, all property will be donated to local registered charity.
Laundry Concierge will adhere a very small, permanent barcode (0.6 cm x 1.8 cm) to your garments in an unseen & inconspicuous location. This process is tested and guaranteed not to damage clothing. These barcodes are very important in helping us track your garments so that items are not lost and to ensure you are billed consistently every time. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests not to adhere barcodes.
Service days and turnaround time vary by location. Laundry Concierge will make its best reasonable effort to return clothes within 2 days of order confirmation, which are delivered with every order to clients via email; however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service. Our shoe service takes 3 – 5 days in most cases. Clothing must be dropped off into our lockers and an order placed before the 9 a.m. to ensure same day pick up.
In any discrepancy between printed and online pricing, the online posted pricing will be applied. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Repairs & Alterations
All repairs and/or alterations to clothing and footwear requested by clients valued at $30 or less, after discounts and before taxes, will be performed without secondary authorisation. For repairs and/or alterations above this value, an email will be sent to the account holder and services will not be performed prior to receipt of written approval.
Discounts, Special Pricing & Coupons
Discounts, special pricing, and coupons are not typically combinable. Only one will be applied per order unless specifically stated in writing by Laundry Concierge Inc. If there are two or more active coupons available in an account, and not stated as combinable, the coupon first added to the account will be automatically applied to the current order if applicable. Account holders are automatically enrolled into the Laundry Concierge Loyalty & Rewards Programs. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions confirms participation in the program and constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement. Once the account is confirmed, it can take up five (5) days to activate. Each account holder is given a referral code (in format CRXXXXX) which can be found in the clients’ online account in the “Concierge Cash Program” page. Referral codes are to be used to refer new clients to the service and to provide a discount to the referred person. Referral codes are not for use by the referring in their own account e.g. self-use. If an account is found to have used a code in this manner, Laundry Concierge will have the right to charge to the account a fee in the same amount as the discount received.
Laundry Concierge provides all of our service for home delivery. The minimum order is $50, where orders below this will have a delivery fee of $10 added per order. All minimum order policies apply and the home delivery fee is exclusive of these minimums.
Laundry Concierge will send promotions, offers, and other correspondence via an email account that client entered at sign-up. Clients agree, by entering their email address into their account that they have legal authority to use that email account and accept that it can be used for such communication. Clients may unsubscribe for this service by selecting this link unsubscribe. Laundry Concierge does not share client information.
Laundry Concierge provides the highest levels of security regarding collection and storage of all client information. We take this obligation very seriously and use only secure methods of transfer and storage of such client data, as an example the Laundry Concierge website is SSL certified. We reserve the right to use a clients’ first names and surname initial via certain websites, print material, and social media channel in relation to contest winners and in similar occasions. In addition, Laundry Concierge also reserves the right to use commercial clients’ company name, logo, and or brand on the Laundry Concierge Inc. corporate website promoting the business affiliation.
All users must be at least 21 years of age at time of account initiation. It is the user’s obligation to fulfil this requirement. Failing to meet the age requirement may void the account and coupons, special, promotions and enrolment in any rewards program, including any earned rewards.
